LANTORN TOV ("Lantorn", "we") provides architecture, engineering, geology and geodesy, design, legal, accounting and tax services, advertising, market research, data processing and information services, rents trucks and trades goods wholesale. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Project clients
Contacts, property ownership documents, site addresses, design briefs and contracts.
3. Legal and accounting clients
Documents provided for legal and accounting work are confidential, available only to the specialists on the case, and kept as required by law and professional rules.
4. Research participants
Surveys are voluntary and reported in aggregate.
5. Truck rental
Driver's licence and passport details, rental contracts and vehicle tracking data where trucks are fitted with GPS, as stated in the contract.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (permits, tax), legitimate interests (vehicle security), consent (research, newsletters).
7. Recipients
Permit authorities, engineers and contractors on the project, banks, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Project files: 10 years after completion.
- Rental contracts: 3 years.
- Accounting records: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
